How much vanadium do supplements contain?

The median product lists 25 mcg per serving. One in ten lists 10 mcg or less, one in ten 224.5 mcg or more. The amount printed most often is 10 mcg (552 products).

How do the amounts compare with the Daily Value and the upper limit?

The adult Tolerable Upper Intake Level is 1,800 mcg a day (total intake from food, water and supplements). At the most servings their labels direct, 61 of the 1,735 products with a plausible amount (3.5%) give more than that from the supplement alone (what counts as plausible).
