- Use in conjunction with an intense daily exercise program and a balanced diet including an adequate caloric intake.
- Directions: This product is extremely potent!!! DO not exceed recommended daily intake, use only as directed. Mix one scoop with 8-10 fl. oz. of water 15-30 minutes before training. If well tolerated gradually increase servings to two scoops per day with 12-16 fl. oz. for desired effect. Do not take on an empty stomach.

- WARNING: Not intended for use by pregnant or nursing women. If you are taking any medications or have any medical condition, consult your doctor before use.
- Avoid this product if you have kidney disease. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur.
