- FOR MAXIMUM RESULTS, CONSUME TWO (2) TO THREE (3) SCOOPS - HALF BEFORE AND THE REST DURING YOUR WORKOUT.
- Directions: For adults, mix two (2) to three (3) scoops (40 g - 60 g) with 16-20 fl. ounces of water or juice and consume as follows: one half 30-60 minutes before your workout and the balance during the course of your workout.
