The Tolerable Upper Intake Level is the most of a nutrient per day, from food, water and supplements together, that is likely to pose no risk for almost all adults (Institute of Medicine, 2011). It does not apply under medical supervision. This page compares labels; it is not medical advice.

Directions
Directions Cold Snap is a strengthening and restorative herbal combination that can be taken by all ages at any time of the year. Basic Way Take two capsules three times a day. Another Way Throw out the notion that a printed set of directions will provide the exact answer. Consider size, constitution, timing and other factors affecting each unique person. Frequent use (as often as every 20 minutes) may be required in certain circumstances. With more experience and some anticipation, you won't need to consume a large quantity of herbs. Suggested Maximum Amount No more than 24 capsules per day. For children under age 12 Start with one capsule and increase gradually, no more than eight capsules in one day.
