- Damage Control is a "fractal" formula; you can take as much or as little as you need on any given day, depending simply on how you feel. There is no right or wrong dosage, since each capsule contains a proportion of everything on the label. Suggested use: For best results take 1-6 capsules with food once or twice a day, depending on how you feel. Up to 12 capsules a day may be taken on particularly stressful days.
