Suggested Use: Take 3 capsules 30 to 45 minutes before training on an empty stomach. If Less Than 200 lbs: Take 3 capsules; If Greater Than 200 lbs: Take 4 capsules; If Stacking with PMD's ACH3 Charged+, Pump Fuel, Or Pump Fuel Insanity: Take 3 capsules. An alternative option for quicker absorption, break open capsules and add to your pre-workout drink 15 minutes before workout. To be used as part of a physical conditioning program.
