- Suggested Use: Consume Pump Fuel 30-45 minutes prior to workout. Mix 1 heaping scoop of Pump Fuel with 8 oz.of cold water (adjust to desired taste). For best results take Pump Fuel on an empty stomach. To avoid sleeplessness do not take within 4 hours of bedtime. Limit use to no more than 1 serving (heaping scoop) in a 24-hour period. To be used as part of a physical conditioning program.

- Warning: Keep out of reach of children.
- For use by healthy individuals only.
- Not for use by those under the age of 18.
- Do not exceed recommended dose.
- Do not take if you are currently taking nitrates for chest pain or if you are taking erectile dysfunction medication. Do not take if you are pregnant or nursing.
- This product is only intended to be consumed by healthy adults 18 years of age or older.
- Before using this product consult with your physician if you are using any prescription or over the counter medication or if you have any pre-existing medical condition including but not limited to: high or low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, stroke, heart, liver, kidney or thyroid disease, seizure disorder, psychiatric disease, diabetes, difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement or if you are taking a MAOI (Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitor) or any other medication.
- Contains caffeine. Do not consume caffeine from other sources, including but not limited to, coffee, tea, soda and other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or caffeine. Avoid additional caffeine, which may intensify adverse effects. Do not use if you are prone to dehydration or expose to excessive heat. This product contains a chemical known in the state of California to cause birth defect or reproductive harm. Do not use if you suffer from the rare genetic disorder, Hyper Beta-Alaninemia.
- This product contains beta-alanine which may cause a tingling skin sensation in some individuals.
- Discontinue use and consult your health care professional if you experience any adverse reaction to this product. Do not consume if tamper evident seal is broken.
- Contains soy. This product was produced in a facility that may also process ingredients containing milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and soybeans.
