- Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise.
- Directions: Mix 1/2 scoop (11 g) of Prophecy with 4 to 8 oz of cold water and consume 15-30 minutes before training. Take up to 1 full scoop (22 g) daily (mixed in 8 to 16 oz cold water), or as directed by a health care practitioner.
- Warnings
- Warning: Not intended for use by persons under 18.
- Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes, cardiovascular disease, psychiatric disorder, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, glaucoma, and/or overactive bladder syndrome; and/or if you are taking any other medications or natural health products since black pepper/piperine may alter their effectiveness. Do not combine with other natural health products or drugs which can affect blood pressure or are sources of caffeine.
