- How to take Mass-Tech Extreme 2000 Number of scoops How to take With a shaker cup Mix in a shaker cup for 30 seconds. With a blender Mix in a blender for 30 seconds. Tip: For extra calories and out-of-this-world taste, add peanut butter, oatmeal, banana, fruits or yogurt.
- Directions: Shaker Cup: Mix 1/2 serving (3 heaping scoops) with 10 oz. of water or skim milk in a shaker cup and consume twice daily. Blender: Mix 1 serving (6 heaping scoops) with 20 oz. of water or skim milk in a blender and consume once daily. Take in the morning, between meals or post-workout. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily for general good health.
