Directions: As a dietary supplement mix one level scoop (approximately 25g) with eight (8) ounces of cold water, 10-30 minutes prior to your workout preferably without food. Do not exceed 2 servings per day. DO NOT TAKE AFTER 6PM. CAFFEINE CONTENT MAY CAUSE SLEEPLESSNESS.
