- Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop of E-FORCE Pre-Workout in 8 to 10 ounces of water and drink 20-30 minutes before training. Always begin use with 1/2 scoop to assess your tolerance.
- This is intentional; drink entire serving immediately after mixing to maximize the sustained release effect during training. Floating powder may be visible.
