- DIRECTIONS: Total Cleanse Part 1 and Part 2 were designed to be taken together in the evening. As an Herbal Dietary Supplement start with 1 capsule of each product and increase intake of both products by 1 capsule every other day. Continue this until you experience 2-3 healthy bowel movements every day and maintain this amount.

- Warnings
- Do not exceed 6 capsules of Part 1 or Part 2 unless otherwise directed by your health care provider. If you experience loose bowel movements, simply reduce the amount of capsules you are taking.
- WARNINGS: This product contains Cascara Sagrada. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because Cascara Sagrada may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health.
- Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
