Directions: Drop 1-2 dissolvable tablets into 8-16 fl. oz. of water and shake vigorously until disintegration occurs and then consume beverage. Do not take 5 hours before bed. Do not exceed 3 tablets daily. Do not chew tablets.

Discontinue 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache or shortness of breath.
Immediately discontinue use and call your health care provider if you experience any adverse reaction.
Do not use if inner safety seal is broken or missing.
This product contains approximately 100 mg of caffeine per tablet, and may not be appropriate for caffeine-sensitive individuals.
