Directions
SUGGESTED USE: Adults: take 2 teaspoons (10 g) per day, mix well with at least 10-12 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage and drink immediately. This product may also be taken in two separate 1 teaspoon (5G) servings twice per day.

NOTICE: Accidental overdose of iron containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
