Directions
Shake well before using.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 2 tablespoons on an empty stomach, 45 minute to 1 hour before bedtime. Best results achieved when taken with 6-8 oz. of water. Best if consumed within 30 days of opening.
It is recommended to take this product for 90 days to get optimum results. However, results may occur earlier than 90 days depending on diet and individual body chemistry.
