DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules one to two times daily 30 minutes before meals with a full glass of water in the morning and/or evening. For best results, drink plenty of water throughout the day. Do not exceed the maximum recommended dose of 4 capsules per day.
