- DIRECTIONS: For adults, mix one (1) to three (3) scoops with 4-8 fl. ounces of water or juice and consume 30-45 minutes before your workout. Limit your use to no more than three (3) scoops in a 24-hour period. Begin with half the recommended dosage to assess individual tolerance.
- Use in conjunction with an intense daily exercise program and a balanced diet including an adequate caloric intake.

- WARNING: Not intended for use by pregnant or nursing women. If you are taking any medications, consult your doctor before use. Avoid this product if you have kidney disease or are allergic to aspirin. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur. This product contains caffeine. Avoid additional consumption of caffeine, which may intensify adverse effects. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature. Do not use if seal under cap is broken or missing.
