Directions
Directions: Drop 1-3 dissolvable tablets in 8-16 oz. of water, shake vigorously until disintergration occurs and then consume beverage. For best results take 20-30 minutes before a workout on an empty stomach. Do not take 5 hours before bed. Do not exceed 5 tablets daily. Do not chew.
Do not use for more than 8 weeks.
Immediately discontinue use and call your health care provider if you experience any adverse reaction.
