- Suggested Directions For Use: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 8-12 fl. oz. (235-355mL) of cold water and consume 10-15 minutes before training.

- Never exceed the recommended maximum dosage. This product contains the amino acid beta-alanine, which may cause a tingling skin sensation in some individuals similar to niacin flush.
- This effect should diminish after a few hours and should ultimately subside after days of continuous use. Although rare, individuals with the genetic disorder hyper beta-alaninemia should not use this product.
- Do not use this product longer than 8 weeks and make sure that usage is then followed by a 4-week off-period. Consult your physician prior to use if you have a medical condition, including but not limited to heart, liver, kidney or thyroid disease, psychiatric disorders, difficulty urinating, diabetes, high blood pressure, prenicious anemia, cardiac arrhythmia, hyper beta-alanine, recurrent headaches, enlarged prostate or glaucoma. May cause flushing and itching. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery. Immediately discontinue if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headaches or shortness of breath.
- Do not use if outer tamper evident seal is broken or missing.
- Keep out of reach of children.
