- SUGGESTED USE: With 6-8 oz. of juice or water take 1 capsule 30 minutes prior to your morning meal and 1 capsule 30 minutes prior to your afternoon meal. To be used as part of a healthy lifestyle consisting of regular physical activity and a proper diet.

- Do not exceed recommended dose.
- Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing.
- Do not use if allergic or contraindicated to aspirin.
- Before consuming seek advice from a health care professional if you are unaware of your current health condition.
- Do not consume synepherine or caffeine from other sources, including but not limited to, coffee, tea, soda and other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or caffeine.
- Do not use for more than 8 weeks.
- Consult with your physician prior to use if you are taking medication, including but not limited to MAOI inhibitors, antidepressants, aspirin, blood thinning medications, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or products containing phylephrine, ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, or other stimulants.

Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heart beat, dizziness, severe headache, shortness of breath, or upset stomach. Do not use if tamper resistant seal is broken.
