Directions
Recommended Use: As a vitamin/mineral supplement to help fight against greying due to hydrogen peroxide bleaching. For adults who started greying after age 30 and who have been greying for less than 7 years (e.g., 52 year old who started greying at age 45). Take 1 capsule in the morning on empty stomach. Wait 45 minutes before consuming solid meal. Recommended for continuous usage of at least 6 to 18 months.

CAUTION Do not exceed recommended dose.
Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18 and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing.
Do not take with multivitamins containing more than 200mcg Selenium daily dosage. If you have an auto-immune disorder, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
Hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner. Some people may experience an increase in appetite.
