Step 1: Detoxify & Capture In order to assist the body’s natural detoxification processes during the day, take 2 Easy Cleanse A.M. capsules upon waking with at least 8 oz. of purified water and a light, healthy breakfast. In late morning, take 2 more A.M. capsules with at least 8 oz. of purified water, with or before lunch.

Important: Purified water is crucial in flushing toxins. It is important to consume adequate water throughout the day to ensure complete elimination.
Caution: For adults only.
Do not use if pregnant/nursing. Consult physician if taking medication or have a medical condition.
Do not exceed recommended dose. Discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain or diarrhea.
