Directions
Recommended notice: The use of Psyllium Husk with iron supplements can reduce iron absorption. Iron supplements can be taken one hour before or four hours after taking this product to avoid the interaction.
Suggested Use: Take 1-2 capsules at night before bedtime. Start with 1 capsule for 2 to 4 days. After that, if more results are desired, take 2 capsules.
