Directions
Initial Usage Directions: As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 capsule a day 30-45 minutes before a meal until you assess tolerance (Typically it might take 3-5 days). Regular Use Directions: Continue with 1 capsule before meals, up to 4 times a day.
