SUGGESTED USE: Adults (Male): Take one serving (3 capsules) per day: 4 capsules in the morning and 4 capsules mid-afternoon, or before exercise.
Warnings
This product should not be consumed for more than 4 consecutive weeks with a 2-4 week wash out period between cycles.
ALLERGEN WARNING: This product was produced in a facility that may also process ingredients containing milk, egg, soybeans, shellfish, fish, tree nuts, wheat, and peanuts.
NOT for use by women. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain.
