Directions
SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the afternoon, preferably with meals and 6-8 oz. of water. On workout days, take 1 of your servings 30 minutes prior to workout, and the other at your discretion so long as the servings are approximately 6 hours apart. To avoid sleeplessness, avoid taking within 4 hours of bedtime. To be used in conjunction with a physical conditioning program.

Consult your physician prior to use if you have a medical condition, including but not limited to, heart, liver, kidney, or thyroid disease, psychiatric or epileptic disorders, difficulty urinating, diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, recurrent headaches, ulcers, enlarged prostate or glaucoma. Discontinue 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heart beat, dizziness, severe headache, or shortness of breath. Individuals who exceed the recommended serving or consume additional caffeine with this product may experience adverse side effects. Avoid alcohol and foods containing Tyramine (such as cheese, red wine, and liver) while taking this product. Do not use if tamper resistant seal is broken.
