Directions
Directions: Take one serving (1 capsule) 15-30 minutes before your two largest meals. Take each serving on an empty stomach with approximately 200-250ml of water. On days that you exercise, take 1 capsule 30 minutes before exercise. Do not exceed 2 capsules per day. For maximum results, WeightOff should be used for a minimum of 60-days and combined with proper nutrition and exercise.
