- DIRECTIONS: Insert 1 capsule a day into your vagina before bed, (a vaginal applicator is avaiable to buy for this purpose if required), or as your health professional advises, during and after antibiotic treatment or at times of stress. Can also be taken by mouth; swallow 1-2 capsules a day.
