Suggested Uses: Support and maintain normal urinary function and urinary tract health. Directions: Adults 12 & Older: Use the new 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) measure cap to take once daily (15 mL). Take twice daily if you have symptoms. Drink plenty of fluids. Children under 12: Consult a physician. Can be mixed with beverages, in smoothies or yogurt.
