- Directions: Take 4 caplets 3 times per day, 60 minutes before each meal, each time with 8 oz of water. Do not exceed 12 caplets within a 24-hour period. This product should be used in conjunction with a reduced-calorie diet and regular exercise program. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.

- Warning: Keep out of reach of children. No intended for use by persons under the age of 18.
- Do not use if you are pregnant, plan to become pregnant, are breastfeeding, or have known allergy or sensitivity to any of the ingredients.
