Suggested Use As a dietary supplement, users should initially take one capsule to assess personal tolerance. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep hydrated. Do not use more than eight weeks in a cycle before discontinuing for a minimum of four weeks. Morning: Take 1 capsule Mid Afternoon: Take 1 capsule

Do not use in combination with caffeine or any stimulants from other sources whatsoever, including but not limited to coffee, tea, soda and other dietary supplements or medications. Discontinue use and immediately consult your health care professional if you experience any adverse reaction to this product. Do not use two weeks prior to surgery. Do not exceed recommended serving.
