- Suggested Use: Take 3 capsules daily with or without food. For best results, take Neon Sport Surge at a consistent time daily for 8 consecutive weeks. Discontinue use for at least 4 weeks before beginning a new cycle.

- Not for use by women, especially those who are pregnant or nursing.
