Directions
SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop of SHOCK'D(R) with 4-6 oz. of cold water 30-45 minutes before workout. Follow this regimen for the first week of use. if necessary, on week two increase to 1 and a half scoops prior to workout. The optimal dose will vary by individual between 1-2 scoops. Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not exceed 2 scoops in any 24 hour period. Exceeding the recommended amounts or not following directions may lead to unwanted effects. Consume a minimum 125 fl. oz. of water per day while taking this product.

Do not consume synephrine or caffeine from other sources, including but not limited to, coffee, tea, soda, and other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or caffeine.

Consult your physician prior to use if you have a medical condition, including but not limited to, heart, liver, kidney, or thyroid disease, psychiatric or epileptic disorders, difficulty urinating, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, recurrent headaches, enlarged prostate or glaucoma. Do not use if you are prone to dehydration or exposed to excessive heat. Do not use if you suffer from rare genetic disorder, Hyper Bete-Alaninemia. This product contains beta-alanine which may cause a tingling skin sensation in some individuals. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache or shortness of breath. Do not use if tamper resistant seal is broken.
