Suggested use: On non-training days, take 2 capsules. On training or exercise days, take 2 capsules if your current body weight is 150 Ib or less. Increase by capsule for every 25 Ib of bodyweight up to 8 capsules. Take within 30 minutes prior to bed for optimal results. Under 150 Ibs = 2, 175 Ibs = 3, 200 Ibs = 4, 225 Ibs = 5, 250 Ibs = 6, 275 Ibs = 7, 300+ Ibs = 8 capsules.
