Directions
Suggested Use: take 1 capsule 15 to 30 minutes before your pre-training meal consisting of at least 60 to 100g of carbohydrates. If you do not consume a pre-training meal, and on non-training days, take 1 capsule 15 to 30 minutes before your largest carbohydrate containing meal of the day.
