Directions
Directions Add ProVantage to water, juice or milk — 1 scoop per 8 oz. of liquid — and shake or blend until creamy. May be taken any time of day. For optimal muscle recovery, use ProVantage within 60 minutes following exercise. At least 1 scoop per day is recommended to maintain optimal benefits.
