Suggested use Each packet contains the optimum combination of water soluble fiber and plant sterols to naturally reduce Total and LDL Cholesterol levels. Consume the contents of one packet with a complete meal. For best results ,consume two packets daily with the two largest meals of the day.

Notice Always consume fiber with ample liquid. Do not use if you have issues swallowing. If abdominal discomfort results, discontinue use and contact physician.
