Directions
DIRECTIONS: Take 1 capsule 2-3 times daily with 12-16 ounces of water. For best results take immediately upon waking, 30 minutes before lunch, and/or 30 minutes before exercise.

Do not consume synephrine or caffeine from other sources, including but not limited to, coffee, tea, soda, and other dietary supplements or medications containing caffeine.

Discontinue 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heart beat, dizziness, severe headaches or shortness of breath.
