What is in Release?

Each row as the label prints it, per serving of 2 capsules. The capsule beside an amount places it among every product in the NIH database that lists the same ingredient: the bar is the middle half of their amounts, the line in it the median, the whiskers the 10th and 90th percentiles; the green tick is the FDA Daily Value and the red dashed tick the adult upper limit (IOM).

Is that a lot?

Every amount on this label with a position sits within the middle 80% of the products that list the same ingredient; 10 ingredients sit inside a blend, so their amounts cannot be compared.

The NIH database records one serving a day from the label's directions; its % Daily Values are for adults and children 4 or more years of age. The directions as printed are further down this page.

The Tolerable Upper Intake Level is the most of a nutrient per day, from food, water and supplements together, that is likely to pose no risk for almost all adults (Institute of Medicine, 2011). It does not apply under medical supervision. This page compares labels; it is not medical advice.

What does the label say about taking it?

Directions
Directions for use: In the morning, 30 minutes before or two hours after your first meal of the day, take two Release capsules (from the blister pack). Also mix one rounded scoop (11.4g) of Advanced Fiber Powder in an 8 fl oz glass of water, stir or shake briskly and drink immediately. At bedtime, consume the contents of one clear packet containing two HepatoCleanse capsules and two Release capsules. Repeat this cycle for seven consecutive days, taking the fiber powder and capsules at the same time each day. NutriClean Release promotes emptying of the bowels; individual response varies. Should you experience a strong laxative effect or cramping, reduce the number of NutriClean Release capsules to one in the morning and one in the evening, and extend the Release portion of your cleanse over a longer period of time. The NutriClean Release capsules are the darkly pigmented capsules in the blister pack (taken in the morning) and the clear packet (taken in the evening).
Important: Drink eight 12 fl oz glasses of water each day during your cleanse. It is recommended that you cleanse and detoxify twice each year.
