- Adult Men: Take four (4) tablets in the morning with a meal. Use continuously for up to 4 weeks, followed by a 2-4 week off period. Combine with strength training program. Do not exceed 4 tablets per day.

- Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Consult your healthcare practitioner if you have or suspect a medical condition or if you use any medications as extracts may alter the potency and/or side effects of certain medications.
