- 1 scoop/2 scoops 6-8 oz water/12-16 oz water 1x daily Directions: Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) of Nitrosurge with 6-8 oz of water 30-40 minutes before your workout. For maximum results, mix 2 servings (2 scoops) with 12-16 oz of water 30-40 minutes before your workout.
