- Indications/Uses Primary and secondary hypogalactia. Dosage/Directions for use Three (3) dragees daily (1 dragee after each main meal) during the whole period of lactation ie, during the first 9 months after birth. Moloco + B12 dragees may either be swallowed whole or chewed. Experience has shown that milk flow may stop if cure is interrupted.
