Recommended Use: Take 1 capsule 2-3 times daily. Never take 2 capsules within 3 hours of each other. Never take a capsule within 6 hours of going to sleep. Best times to take are 30 minutes before breakfast, lunch, and exercise with 8-16 ounces of water.
