Directions
Usage: Take 1-2 capsules about one hour before bedtime. Mellodyn helps you fall asleep faster and sleep more soundly. Take as needed for occasional sleeplessness and nighttime restlessness. Mellodyn is not habit-forming and can be taken as needed.
Warnings
Precautions: Consult a healthcare professional before using if you are taking thyroid hormones, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are currently taking sleep medications or other prescription sedatives.
Not recommended for children under 12.
Discontinue use if unusual symptoms occur. Do not exceed four capsules in 24 hours.
