How to use Lineatabs(R) As a dietary supplement, dissolve one Lineatabs(R) tablet in 4 to 8 ounces of cold (but not iced) water and consume it before or during a fatty meal. Note that the formula may settle. For best results, be sure to drink all of the fiber to get the maximum fat binding benefits of Solusitan(R).
