- DIRECTIONS FOR USE: For adults and children at least 12 years of age. Take 1 to 2 tablets, preferably at night with 8 ounces of water or juice. It is important to drink additional liquid throughout the day, preferably 6 to 8 ounces of water. Use for 2 to 7 days as needed.

- Do not use for more than 7 days unless directed by your doctor.
- Not Recommended for children under 12.
- Not recommended for long-term use. Notice: This product contains Senna. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because Senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health.
- Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.
- WARNING--Close tightly and keep away from children. Contains iron, which can harm or cause death to a child. If a child accidentally swallows this product, or call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
