Directions
Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, begin by taking one serving (2 capsules) in the morning with your first meal or protein shake. For best results, use daily with a combined protein rich diet and resistance training program. Do not use product for longer than 8 weeks followed by a subsequent 4 week break.
