Directions
Recommended Use Add one level scoop or one packet drink mix to 8 fl. oz. of water, shake or stir thoroughly, and drink immediately. May be used up to three times per day. Consume on an empty stomach 30-45 minuets before physical activity or when needed for mental performance. Shake well before use.
Drink adequate fluids to avoid dehydration.
