- Recommended use: take 1 to 2 capsules in the morning or early afternoon. For best results use daily for a minimum of 30 days.
- Warnings
- Do not exceed 2 capsules per serving. Never take more than 2 servings in a 24 hour period.
- Warning: not for use by individuals under the age of 18.
- Do not use if pregnant or nursing.
- Do not use if you have a medical condition or are taking any prescription medication. Do not use this product if you are using a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) or any other dietary supplement, prescription drug or any over-the-counter drug containing epinephrine, pseudoepinephrine, phenylpropanolamine or other stimulant.
