- Directions for children 1 year and above: Take one (1) packet at any time of day. Mix entire contents of packet into cool food or drink. For optimal results continued daily use is suggested. When experiencing occasional digestive upset, two (2) packets may be taken. If taking two packets, take one in the morning and one in the evening. If symptoms persist, consult your physician.
